Deciding to enter counseling can be a daunting yet hopeful process. It takes courage to invest in yourself and commit to trying something different. The counseling process is unique to each individual and I work to create a space that can be supportive and helpful no matter your strengths or goals. It takes time to identify problems, learn new skills, and create changes but the skills you learn here will be applicable to all areas and new challenges in life.
